Shipping policy

Orders placed by midnight PT on Fridays will ship on Monday, unless Monday is a U.S. federal holiday, in which case, orders will ship on Tuesday.  Orders placed on the weekend and on Monday will ship the following Monday. 

Delivery within the contiguous US, Alaska, Hawai'i, and Puerto Rico takes 2-3 business days. For delivery rates and times to anywhere other than the contiguous US, please contact Bexi.

Damaged Goods
Any product purchased on bexiphd.com that arrives damaged, broken or spilled will be replaced for free. Contact Bexi with a photo of the damaged product(s) and your order number.
